As a businessman, banker, and philanthropist, he has over 25 years of experience in the financial and banking sectors. He began his career with Federal Bank in 1994 and has worked in capacities ranging from Assistant Manager to head of Corporate Relationship Banking. During his tenure as a banker, he had the opportunity to work with several NBFCs. He is a veteran in SME and gold loan businesses, forex, large corporate advances, etc. He also gained specialized knowledge in relationship banking related to corporate clients.

Vinod Manazhy strongly believes that the next decade is one of innovation and disruption, and he steers the organization towards the same.

Mr. Sreeram Gopinathan Nair, the Managing Director of the Company, is a veteran banker with over four decades of experience in all facets of commercial banking, including corporate, retail credit, overseas banking, forex operations, investment, equity funding, marketing, and human resource management.

He is an engineering graduate from Government Engineering College, Thrissur, with a postgraduate diploma in industrial relations and personnel management, and a certified associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB).

He began his career as a technical officer with Canara Bank, eventually rising to the positions of general manager and chief general manager before moving to the private sector as MD and CEO of Dhanalakshmi Bank Ltd. from 2015 to 2018.

Sreeram Gopinathan Nair is a problem solver and likes to overcome challenges ethically to build an efficient organization, working closely with the Board.

Mr. T.B. Ramakrishnan (Ramki) is the CEO and Managing Director of Sharewealth Group Companies, which has a highly competent and diversified board of directors. Mr. Ramki is a stock market analyst with more than 20 years of experience in financial markets. He was the treasurer and governing council member of Cochin Stock Exchange Ltd (1998-2000) and the former Kerala Regional Head of Sharekhan.

T. B. Ramakrishnan is a veteran in the financial services sector of Kerala. A well-known figure in the economic scene in the state, Ramakrishnan is often an invitee to esteemed panels for policy formulations by private and public sector companies. T.B. Ramakrishnan played a vital role in thrusting S.I.Capital into one of the top Non-Banking Financial Companies in South India. Apart from all the busy schedules and business activities, Mr. T. B. Ramakrishnan has an interest in reading and traveling, which gives him vast exposure and knowledge.

Mr. Anu T. Cherian joined S.I.Capital SI Capital and Financial Services Limited Board in June 2022. As a budding director, he plays a pivotal role in bringing focus and discipline to the organization. At S.I.Capital, he takes a lead role in the development and business expansion of the organisation and manages its entire operations. Mr. Anu T. Cherian has experience working with cross-cultural teams in Kerala during his stints with the Ettutharayil Group. He is a graduate of Nehru Memorial College, Kurunjibhag, Sullia in mathematics and computer science. Mr. Anu T. Cherian's interest in business and socialising helps provide insights on the financial habits across the globe, which is great knowledge and learning for the company.

Dr. Anil Menon is an MBBS graduate with a diploma in anesthesia. He had been associated with Edappal Hospital Pvt. Ltd. since 1994. Though he is into medical sciences by profession, he is keen on keeping abreast of the latest happenings in the stock market as well as the financial sector.

Ms. Jitha Chummar holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Calicut. Her specialization is finance. She focused on the stock market and worked in that sector for a decade.

Mr. Rajesh Narayan Pillai has hands-on experience in banking. He has a Master's in Business Administration with a specialization in marketing. Armed with a two-decade-long experience in banking, Rajesh knows the business from the hilt to the core. His professional expertise includes the acquisition of high-quality profiles, long-term customer relationships, customer profile mapping, the launch of new products, and so on.

Mr. CA Unnikrishnan Anchery is a Chartered Accountant based in Mumbai with over three decades of experience in Audit and Taxation, and he serves as an advisor to several listed and unlisted entities.

Mr. George Abraham is an LLB holder with more than three decades of experience with the Life Insurance Corporation of India. He began his career as a development officer and retired as a manager from LIC.

Mr. Thomas Jacob holds a Diploma in Engineering and has over 20 years of varied experience in operations, marketing, construction contracting, and trading for various domestic entities and foreign entities based in the UAE and Kuwait.

Mr. Kuriakkose Paul Kannanaikkal is a graduate entrepreneurial business professional with 30 years of experience in various types of business in India and overseas, possessing a strong emphasis in auto spare parts manufacturing, export and import with wholesale, retail marketing and merchandising, store and territory management, sales, client-vendor relations, business start-up and development, and 12 years of experience in global financial markets.
